PRE CONSTRUCTION & MANAGEMENT
The main goal of the project management department is optimizing all phases of each project that comes to our hands.
Once a project is awarded to our company, our team starts to work through all its details applying our knowledge to identify any improvement point for logistics bottlenecks, suggesting better approaches that could be done for a better sequence of work. Since the very beginning our heads are focused on delivering high-quality work to our clients within the defined schedule and budget.
This means that our thoughts must be led to every particularity that can be performed in a better manner from the pre-construction moment to the end of each project.
The Project Managers are committed to achieve better results day after day, always learning new approaches and overcoming all demands and challenges that appear daily on the wood framing market.
DESIGN
The Design Department is responsible for designing each wood wall panel of a panelized project to be prefabricated in our specialized factory.
Our designers conduct a thorough analysis of the project drawings such as architectural, structural, and MEP to develop the wall panel shop drawings with the Mitek Structure software. This process emcompasses all information from the plans, for instance, wall types, floor heights, required openings, hardware locations, wood blockings, posts, beams, headers, among others.
The design team coordinates with the customer, architects, and engineers all the aspects that may impact the wall panels. This coordination performed by our designers guarantees great results, schedule attainment, and minimizes field work.
The department also controls the necessary materials for the panel fabrication, generating accurate material lists, and avoiding material waste. In addition, they manage the panel shop production schedule, ensuring that the panels are ready and delivered to the job site on time.
